Herman Miller – Global Brand Director

As the Global Brand Director for Herman Miller, I was entrusted with the task of aligning the brand with its core values while spearheading impactful global product launches. The role served as the driving force behind the visual direction of the Herman Miller Brand, ensuring consistency of expression across all businesses through multi-discipline creative functions.

Notable projects, include a Herman Miller X HAY collection launch.

Herman Miller – International Design Director

Based in Hong Kong and my role as International Design Director was Omni channel focused and cuts across all channels from Contract to Retail. I ran a small team and collaborated on all aspects of the business.

Notably I  led the Marketing and Creative efforts for the Global launch of a new vertical market – Herman Miller: Gaming. We collaborated with LogitechG on product development and launched with global influencer strategies, 12 ecommerce sites, 17 retail outlets in North America, China, Japan and Korea.

I was based in Shanghai and worked at BBH – as Head of Design Experience. There I ran a small design team called Blacksheep, the projects were more design centered and varied.  I crossed over to more traditional advertising type work regularly. I’ve had the good fortune to work with some great people on great projects.


As a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in brand design, I’ve honed my skills in creative thinking, strategic planning, creative direction.

I believe that good design should meet people’s needs, improve their lives, and create a positive impact on society as a whole.
